Fajita Seasoning
Juice of 1 lime
15 ml (1 Tbsp) Vegetable Oil 
Medium Onion (1), Sliced
Green Bell Pepper (1), Cut in Strips or Diced
Red Bell Pepper (1), Cut in Strips or Diced
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Large Tomato, Chopped
Lettuce, Shredded
Black Olives, Chopped
Fajita-style Flour Tortillas
Guacamole, Sour Cream
El Molino Salsa Picante or Salsa Fresca
Marinate meat in fajita seasoning and lime juice for 1 – 3 hours.  Heat oil in frying pan.  Sauté onions and peppers until lightly browned.  Add meat and simmer until adequately cooked.  Add salt & pepper to taste.  Warm tortillas according to package instructions. Place small amount of the meat mixture on each tortilla, add garnishes and roll.  Complement with guacamole, sour cream, and El Molino Salsa.
