Text Box: Taco Salad Text Box: El Molino Tostada Crowns (large bowls) Lettuce, Cubed or Shredded Taco Seasoning 454 g (1 lb) Ground Beef, Chicken, or Turkey Large Tomato, Chopped Cheddar Cheese, Shredded El Molino Salsa Fresca or Salsa Picante OR Mamma Mia Bruschetta Cook meat in a lightly greased frying pan; stir in taco seasoning and cook as per package instructions. Warm tostada crowns according to package instructions. Fill each tostada crown with lettuce; add hot or cooled (cooked meat). Top with chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and salsa or bruschetta.
