El Molino Foods was incorporated in 1972 and specialized in importing and distributing authentic Mexican Food under the El Molino brand with a staff of 5 people. In 2009, El Molino moved into a modern, 40,000 sq. ft. production facility to produce its own brands, many national private label brands across Canada as well as food service channels. The new facility is both HACCP and CFIA certified. This facility will house Bear Creek Foods, Del Comal and El Molino Foods. Today, El Molino Foods owns a range of leading branded and private label specialty food businesses and operates out of it's plant located in Claresholm, Alberta.

  El Molino Foods of Canada is a HACCP and Federally inspected facility that manufactures tortilla chips similar to Del Comal plus a whole array of Italian and Mexican foods such as Antipasto, Fresh and Cooked Salsa, and Bruschetta. El Molino also has pouching capabilities.
• Bear Creek Foods
  
  Bear Creek Foods operates in a Federally inspected Meat Plant (HACCP) that supplies value added frozen food products (HMR) to major national retailers. Products include Burritos, Cabbage Rolls, Taquitos,Quesadillas and Salsa.
• Del Comal Foods
  
  Del Comal currently supplies Canadian and American grocery chains with their private label tortilla chips in two package formats; boxes and bags. Their specialty is a twin pack box of either white or yellow corn and offers a variety of shapes from round to bite size depending on their customer needs. Del Comal not only manufactures their own tortilla chips they also cook their own corn.
